‘Just wipe the table down with a cloth’ says the restaurant waiter and the multi-functional ‘dirty cleaning cloth’ is swiped over your table. Actually, quite incomprehensible in a sector where hospitality and hygiene from door to toilet and from table to kitchen appears to be an art form.

It is probable that the ‘dirty cleaning cloth’ will be completely banned in the catering sector within 10 years because disposable wipes with disinfecting fluids are on their way.
